We want you to love your Emo Nite gear, but if it's not a phase and you truly need a different size or style, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are free of any wear or damage.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
